How We Review Products

Every product we cover is assessed on the same five questions, and we publish the answer even when it is unflattering.

1. What is the proposed mechanism? Does the company explain how it is meant to work, in a way that is biologically coherent?
2. Do the ingredients match the mechanism? An ingredient list that does not support the story is the single most common red flag in this industry.
3. Is the dose and form sensible? Form and delivery matter as much as the ingredient itself.
4. Is the manufacturing credible? We look for FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and batch testing.
5. Is the guarantee real? A long, no-questions guarantee that accepts empty bottles is the strongest consumer protection in this category.

We do not run laboratory assays and we do not conduct clinical trials. We are a research and editorial operation, and we are explicit about that limit.
