Every guide is researched against published literature, written by our editorial team, and reviewed for accuracy before publication. We test claims, we cite sources, and we say plainly when the evidence is thin.
Our claim standards
We describe supplements using supportive language only — "supports", "helps support", "may help", "is designed to promote". We never state or imply that a supplement cures, treats, heals, reverses or prevents any disease, because that is neither legal nor true.
Sources
We cite recognised health organisations and public research bodies. We do not invent study titles, statistics, researchers or clinical trials. Where a claim is a manufacturer's claim rather than an independent finding, we label it as such.
Testimonials
Any quotes presented in our articles are illustrative composites used to describe a common experience. They are not verified individual customers, and they are not evidence that any reader will experience the same thing.
Corrections
